Terms and Conditions:

It is the policy of Profiliant Development Resources Ltd to capture payment for attendance of any of its programmes at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the scheduled programme date. Circumstances may require someone to cancel, substitute, or reschedule their registration for a programme. If a cancellation request is made at least fourteen (14) days before a scheduled programme date the participant is entitled to a full refund of tuition. Participants who cancel less than fourteen (14) days before their scheduled programme date will be responsible for the entire tuition fee.

If the request is made more than (7) days prior to the programme start date, the participants tuition fee may then be applied to a future programme providing said programme is scheduled within six (6) months of their original programme date, however a transfer fee of $100 or naira equivalent will be applied. If the participant does not attend a subsequent programme as outlined above, the entire tuition fee will be forfeited. Participants who cancel less than seven (7) days before their scheduled programme date will be responsible for the entire tuition fee and not entitled to a refund or rescheduled date.

Profiliant Development Resources Ltd will do its best not to cancel or postpone any of its scheduled programmes. However, if for any reason a programme is postponed, the programme participants will be notified at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled programme date by phone and/or e-mail. In this regard, a participant may reschedule for a future programme or receive a full refund. Profiliant Development Resources Ltd is not responsible for travel expenses in the event of a programme cancellation. Profiliant Development Resources Ltd reserves the right to postpone a programme if necessary at any time.
