Ernest Ebi FCIB, MFR

Mr. Ebi served as a Deputy Governor with the Central bank of Nigeria where his tenure crossed two key portfolios of the regulatory banking authority over a 10-year period.

During this period he maintained oversight functions over Nigeria’s international economic relations, trade financing activities and formulation of policies & regulations for the effective management of the nation’s foreign exchange positions. He served as the alternate Governor of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Chairman of Deputies of the Group of Twenty-four countries (G24 countries).

For over 30 years Mr. Ebi has been leading business transformation initiatives at various enterprises within and outside the financial services space. Recognized as a leading authority in turn-around strategy and execution, Mr. Ebi is widely acknowledged as a reformer and leader with a track record of excellence in delivery.

Mr. Ebi has a Bachelors degree in Marketing (1978) from as well as an MBA (1979) both from Howard University, Washington DC, USA. He is currently the Vice-Chairman & Chief Executive of Sheba Oil Ltd and serves on the board of many blue-chip organizations in Nigeria.

Sir. Chris Ogbechie Ph.D

Sir Chris Ogbechie teaches strategy and corporate governance at the Lagos Business School. He has a wide experience in marketing and strategy derived from his work as Head of Marketing/Sales at Nestle Nigeria, Xerox and from his consulting work with Nigerian firms over the years. While in Nestle he had wide international exposure in Malaysia, Singapore and Switzerland.

He has been involved with several start-ups and he is on the board of several companies, private and public. He holds first-class honours degree in mechanical engineering from Manchester University and an MBA from Manchester Business School and a PhD in corporate governance from Brunel University, UK.

Oladele Akinyemi

Mr. Oladele Akinyemi has been an Executive Director of Regional Businesses - North of Diamond Bank Plc. and served as an Executive Director of Customer Services & Technology since August 1, 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Akinyemi was Head of the Systems Unit at Lead Merchant Bank. He later headed the Commercial and Consumer Banking and Retail Banking Units of Lead Merchant Bank before leaving for UBA PLC in 1997. He subsequently left UBA as Head of Retail Banking, Consumer Banking Division and joined One-to-One Nigeria Limited as Executive Director. He thereafter joined Citibank Nigeria in 1999 as Head of Cards, Cash Management and the e-Solutions Group.

He joined the Diamond Bank Plc in 2002 as General Manager of the Information and Technology Division. He also served as General Manager of Operations and Technology Services at Diamond Bank Plc since 2004 and Executive Director of Operations and Technology Services since 2006.
He has been Executive Director of Diamond Bank Plc since August 1, 2006. He serves as Director of Diamond Securities Limited.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. He has attended various leadership and IT courses in Ireland, UK, India and South Africa. Mr. Akinyemi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the International Graduate School of Management, IESE University of Navarra.

Oliver Nnona

Mr. Nnona is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Profiliant. Over the last decade Oliver has been at the forefront of advising organizations on applied strategy. At the start, he’s built a very successful career in Sales & Marketing with rich functional experiences in FMCG, Financial Services, Technology & Telecommunications. Oliver is a well-known and much sought after consultant on top-line growth strategy for enterprises and not-for-profits. His signature methodologies have helped companies enter markets and grow share even during challenging economic times. Oliver is the founder & Chair of the Foundation for Sales Education Development, a major initiative spearheading the development of focused sales-oriented curricular as core content for business education in undergraduate and post-graduate courses for universities across Africa.

Oliver has a B.Sc degree in Business Administration (ESUT, Nigeria) and a Masters Degree in Sales Management From the Portsmouth Business School, University of Portsmouth UK. His consulting assignments cover corporate organizations of all sizes while he facilitates learning interventions across Africa including the Lagos business School where he co-facilitates sales & marketing related topics.

Mr. Nnona is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and the Kellogg School of Management (both in Executive Education) and his career of 23+ years spans local & international organizations including Hewlett Packard, Microsoft Corporation and DPMS Ltd, formerly IBM Nigeria. He belongs to the American Marketing Association as a professional member, the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) where he serves as the country President for Nigeria, and the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK.

Tito Adeniyi-Aderoju (Mrs)

Tito currently serves as the Chief Client Engagement Officer at InterSwitch Ltd. Mrs. Aderoju has used her broad based skills in strategy, business development, relationship management, marketing and project management to shore up InterSwitch’s clients portfolio.  Prior to joining InterSwitch, Aderoju has over 8 years industry experience in a variety of sectors including IT and banking, e-commerce, engineering, aviation and automobile. Among the places she had worked are Virgin Atlantic and Access Bank.

While working in multicultural, cross-functional teams within a Fortune 500 corporate environment, Aderoju has garnered enough experience to lead a team of dedicated marketing professionals at InterSwitch.  She holds a first degree in Engineering, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and has an MBA from University of Cranfield, among other qualifications.
